This policy explains personal data processed through the website presenting the Aylin Turk Interior Architecture brand experience. The site is a demo implementation of the commercial interior architecture platform developed by AIOR Teknoloji.

2. Data We Collect

Name, email, phone, project message, preferred language, browser information, IP address, security-check result and technical usage logs may be processed. Admin users may additionally generate username, role, permission and audit-log records.

3. Purposes of Processing

Data is processed to answer project inquiries, manage appointment and proposal workflows, secure the site, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, manage multilingual content and improve platform quality.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

The site may use essential or functional cookies for theme preference, language selection, security controls and performance measurement. Marketing cookies should require separate consent. Theme and language preferences may be stored locally in the browser.

5. Retention

Contact requests are retained for a reasonable follow-up period, security records for system integrity, and license or billing records for legally required periods. Expired data is deleted, anonymized or restricted.
